Bought a 2nd hand 2022/2023 Daikin aircon unit with 2nd hand compressor in January 2026. Inspected in their store room before purchase and looks okay. I’ve also opted in for new trunking to be installed as well. They gave a 6 months warranty. Used only for 4 months and my aircon’s been having issues of unit shutting down by itself due to gas leak. Technicians came over 3-4 times now and they’re unable to find the leak source. I expected this due to buying a 2nd hand unit but the management should be better by offering me a straight swap of other units or compensation for all the trouble I’ve faced. This is getting tiring because all their technicians have done is check for leaks (unable to find), duct tape some of pipings in the indoor unit, then say they’ll come again if the gas becomes low again. This is disappointing and tiring. *Updated* they have came by to install NEW Mitsubishi Starmex system 2 after I asked for a brand new unit. Fast response from the management team and sent Khairul & Foysal who are the technicians who came down previous few times and did their installation of the new system without problems. I am very satisfied with the service provided. The air-conditioning units arrived in good condition, and the installation was carried out with great attention to detail. The two technicians worked carefully, neatly, and professionally throughout the installation. What stood out to me was their patience and professionalism. My father was quite negative during the process, but both technicians remained respectful, stayed quiet, listened patiently, and continued their work without showing any frustration. My system 4 broke down in this sheer heat and I was in a fix for I did not want to spend so much on a new system. I spoke to Mr Ismail, the boss and told him about my predicament. He immediately recommended me a good recon unit and fixed an appointment for installation. All within just 2 days. He is also very friendly and addressed all my concerns with much patience. Had some issues with my previous fancoil unit and enquired this company if they have any available replacement unit for me, they replied to me in the shortest waiting time and came with a replacement unit that very morning.
